Our Service Plans also provide planned preventative maintenance which maximises resilience and uptime and improves the longevity of your chiller or air conditioning system.

Choose a service plan to suit you

Our comprehensive Service Plans - ChillerGuard and SafeCool - cover the service and maintenance of chiller and precision air conditioning units respectively. Each Service
Plan offers a choice of three standard maintenance packages - Bronze, Silver and Gold - which can be tailored to suit your specific requirement.

GOLD Contract includes:

  • Four maintenance inspection visits
  • All travel and mileage expenses related to the maintenance visits
  • All cleaning materials and lubricants required for maintenance
  • All consumables (filters, belts, etc.)
  • All parts during the contract period
  • All costs related to the service callouts and repairs during the contract period
  • All refrigerant (if applicable)

SILVER Contract includes:

  • Four maintenance inspection visits
  • All travel and mileage expenses related to the maintenance visits
  • All cleaning materials and lubricants required for maintenance
  • All consumables (filters, belts, etc.)
  • All parts during the contract period
  • All costs related to the service callouts and repairs during the contract period

BRONZE Contract includes:

  • Four maintenance inspection visits
  • All travel and mileage expenses related to the maintenance visits
  • All cleaning materials and lubricants required for maintenance

Airedale Service can offer specific call-out response times to meet your needs. We pride ourselves on the fact that any engineer we send will be fully qualified and equipped with the correct tooling.
