Commissioning

Air conditioning equipment is a significant and often business critical investment for a wide range of organisations. It is therefore vitally important that once acquired your equipment is set up to function correctly and efficiently in order to optimise and protect that investment, now and in the future. Airedale Service provides a full commissioning service carried out by professionally trained industry experienced engineers.

Listed below are some of the reasons why you should consider using Airedale’s commissioning service:

All engineers are:

  • Factory trained to the highest standards by senior engineers involved in the actual design of the equipment
  • Fully equipped with the required test instruments (fully calibrated with certification available if required)
  • Equipped with laptops and the software necessary to communicate with all our intelligent controllers and the unit strategies if required

In addition to actual commissioning Airedale can also provide commissioning engineers for on site instruction. This is very useful for those responsible for the units on a daily basis (If not covered by the Airedales Service & Maintenance Programme). Although tailored to your needs it would typically include the following:

  • Provision of the controls and Installation & Maintenance manual. Introduction to these, allowing you to highlight what you feel to be relevant.
  • Basic navigation and explanation of the controller operation and alarm handling. This is particularly useful for an on site maintenance engineer.
  • Discussion around the general maintenance of the unit, covering mechanical items such as the belts and motors and electrical items such as the humidifier and electrical panel.

Quotations for this service can be provided by our Sales Engineers as part of our equipment quotation or alternatively at any time thereafter by simply contacting Airedale Service. The booking of one of our engineers is also carried out by contacting the Airedale Service customer service team, at which time a pre-commissioning check list will be sent out to ensure you maximise the benefit of the engineer's visit.
