Description	A number of challenges face the refrigerant industry. The most significant one is that there is now immense pressure for personnel responsible for the handling of flurocarbon refrigerants to be fully trained. Airedale have responded to this demand by providing the CITB Refrigerant Handling training course. Assessment and certification are carried out to nationally recognised CITB standards.
Outcomes	Have increased their knowledge of current legislation and environmental concerns Understand the causes and effects of ozone depletion and global warming Be familiar with the availability of non-ozone depleting refrigerant. Be proficient in the reclaim and recycling of refrigerants.
